Frequently Asked Questions

Global Talent Route

  1. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR ‘FULL REPRESENTATION' FIXED FEE SERVICE?

The exact scope will be subject to the written engagement letter from my firm applicable to each individual case. In the context of assisting with a Global Talent Endorsement application (Stage 1), this means providing you with professional review of your evidence and evaluate them both individually and as part of the whole evidence bundle, and optimise them for an application with the strongest merit. In practice, this will look like holding at least one to two face-to-face meetings with you, perhaps more as needed, to review, shape, and collate your evidence until the application becomes submission-ready. This preparation process takes anywhere between one to three months. Once evidence is prepared up to being submission-ready, then the application form is completed, submitted, and supporting evidence is collated and submitted separately to the Home Office on your behalf. Home Office engages with me as your named representative throughout the course of this application, and will deliver the final determination on the endorsement to me, which I will pass on to you. Delivering the Home Office determination on the application is the conclusion of this ‘full representation’ service.

While I cannot guarantee a certain result in the applications, if the endorsement is refused, we will go through the reasons for refusal and offer further advice on the next steps, including an Endorsement Review. If you decide to submit an Endorsement Review against the refusal, the Full Representation service includes the preparation and submission of this also.

2. DO YOU PROVIDE OTHER LEVEL OF SERVICES THAN THE ‘FULL REPRESENTATION’?

Yes. If you are unsure whether your current achievements or available evidence would meet the endorsement criteria, then an in-depth review will be required to give a reasoned opinion. This work includes a one-off review, with feedback, on the strength of each individual evidence available at the time. It may be offered either at the applicable hourly rate for the amount of work envisaged, or under a fixed fee, and will differ for each case.
